2. Welcome to the Customer Portal
Upon purchase, you will establish basic credentials for the customer portal which serves as a centralized place for you to share information and communicate with the owner of Elevate. Be sure to upload your existing resume (if you have one) and – most importantly - schedule your phone interview.

3. Discovery Consult
L. Fusco, MPH, CPRW, the owner of Elevate Resume Services, Resume Writing Subject Matter Expert (SME) will walk you through a 25-45 minute phone interview to capture relevant details pertaining to your career path up to this point, key accomplishments, goals, and areas of interest.

4. HomeworkFollowing our call, you will find and share 4 jobs of interest that match your ideal role(s). L. Fusco will then conduct a proprietary keyword analysis to ensure that your new resume is well-aligned with your jobs of interest.

5. Resume Review
The resume proof is prepared and posted about 2-3 weeks after the consultation – quicker if you purchased RUSH SERVICES. You will review and rate the proof with an opportunity to provide specific feedback, as necessary. L will respond to questions and/or incorporate updates. Once the resume is to satisfaction, you finalize the document, receiving a PDF and an editable Microsoft Word version of your resume. If you have contracted additional documents or services such as a cover letter template or LinkedIn profile development, they will be completed following resume finalization.
